Sandangan Aksara Jawa. It is a diacritic. Many Javanese diacritic and their symbol are given in the beneath table. And diacritics in Javanese writing producing vocal sound but A like U, E I and O. Other Diacritic produce lateral sound of R, nasal sound of NG, open sound oh H, stopped consonant sound in the end of a sentence, and presence of consonant Y in the middle of a syllable.
