This traditional cuisine nasi pecel is outstandingly yummy. The dish is served with two plates; one plate full of rice and another one plate is full of pecel. Pecel is also well-known as Lotek or another name such as Gado-gado. Pecel made of boiled-varied greenary poured with peanut concoction added with sambal; crushed chilly. How to make sambal? the Sambal ingredients are so various. Here is any yummy sambal ingredient that should to be crushed all together; they are chilly, salt, garlic, onion, red sugar, fried peanut, and a leaf of purut (a kind of orange)

Here is a suggestion for making nasi pecel:
- how to cook rice
- first take two cups of grain of rice (about 1-2 ounces) then rinse it to wash out the dirt.
- put the clean grain rice in a jar with a water level above it as high as half of your point finger then
- put above the stove and wait about 12 minutes till the water vapoured, open it. After no more water submerged the grain, close the jar and set the light lower (for 8 minutes) in order not to scourch the cooked rice.
- or if you use the magic jar (electric cooking utensil) just wait around 15 minutes.
- how to dish pecel
- collect some vegetables viz. spinach, cabbage, long bean, sprout, yonger cassava leaf (as much as needed), sliced-peeled green papaya, flower of kecombrang, parsley, kangkung, cauliflower, and soon.
- all greenary or vegetales are to boiled till cooked or half-cooked.
- take it and put on the some plates
- pour the special sauce of pecel above the cooked vegetables.
- it is okay to taste. enjoy it.
- How to make the Seasoning of pecel or Pecel sauce. Blend the following ingredients.
- take some peanut and fry it
- take some chilly
- red sugar
- onion, garlic
